Tish, Jennifer and Tanya presented Principal Cheryl Montag the proceeds of the 2014 Holiday Workshop.
Mrs. Montag was very happy with the $2500 check and will be using the money to purchase Chrome Books (laptops) for the Kindergarden and First grade classes. Since the other grades already have and use the Chrome Books, JF Burns wants the younger grades to have the same opportunity.

Due to the cold weather, the DWC meeting has been cancelled this evening. Our next meeting will be Wednesday, March 18th. Until then, please stay warm!
We had enjoyed good drinks, great food and wonderful friendships. Giggles were all around during the white elephant exchange. Thanks to our lovely hostess, Diane!.
DWC gave Jan Middleton with the Pink Ribbon Girls a check in the amount of $300 due to basket sales at the Art Alliance Fallfair.
We helped the Pink Ribbon Girls raise money at the Kings vs. Loveland football game on Friday, September 26, 2014. Not only was it a fun event, there was pink everywhere.

All I can say is WOW! We had 19 vendors and lots of buyers. Everyone left happy with a smile on their face.
Please join us next April for the first 2015 sale.
Please join us for our last community yard sale of 2014. We will be at JF Burns Elementary from 9 to 1 on Saturday, September 27. Sellers pay $15 for a parking space (you will receive a tax deductible receipt since the proceeds are given to Building Blocks 4 Kids). Buyers: free
The Deerfield Women’s Club raffled off a basket at the Art Alliance Fallfair in Deerfield Township on Saturday, September 20th. We were able to raise over $300 in basket sales. The proceeds will be donated to the Pink Ribbon Girls.
Congratulations to Joan R. of Deerfield Township, winner of the basket.
