Sorry it took so long to respond to your email. The Community Yard Sale is held the last Saturday of the Month from March to October from 9am to 12pm. It is $15 a parking space to sell your items. The $15 goes to a charity which we have chose the Thank You Foundation to help Military families.

We do all of the advertising for the sale. The past two months we have had over 11 cars participate and over 80 car loads of buyers.
