Community Yard Sale is a HUGE success!!

Live in an apartment or condo?
Can’t have a yard sale in your community?
Not a lot of traffic on your street?
Interested in participating in a large multi family sale?
Want to donate to the Thank You Foundation for military families?

Then you need to check out the Community Yard Sale at 20 Mile House (old Red Rock Tavern). You pay $15 for a parking space (that $15 is donated to the Thank You Foundation) and you sit back, sell your stuff and collect the money!

The Deerfield Women’s Club does all of the advertising and provides the spaces. We have had up to 15 sellers on the lot and over 100 buyers. Can you get that traffic at your house?

The sale is held on the last day of the month from March to October from 9 am to 12 pm.
